Cheese Ball Recipe

Every New Years Eve my family likes to play games and eat snacks while we count down to midnight.  You can bet that a cheese ball will be part of the snacks menu.  It really is easy to whip up and can be done ahead of time.

Ingredients:
2 1/2 Tbsp Honeyville Dehydrated Green Onions
2 (8 oz) bricks of Cream Cheese, softened
1 tsp Dry Mustard Seasoning
3 tsp Bon Appetit Seasoning
1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Directions:
In a bowl add the cream cheese, spices, and green onions.

With an electric mixer, blend everything together so everything is well incorporated. With a rubber spatula scrape the edges and begin forming the cheese mixture into a ball.

Scoop mixture into your hands to finish making it into a ball shape.  Carefully roll ball in chopped nuts.

Place on serving dish.  Cover and chill until ready to serve.

Serve with crackers (my favorite being Ritz or Wheat Thins).

Spread desired amount on each cracker and enjoy every bite! Yum!
