No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Bars Recipe

Made with our extremely healthy and organic coconut flour and super tasty 6 Grain Cereal mix, this treat will satisfy that sweet tooth without adding all that guilt. And there's no baking involved! You know you can't beat that! Get those taste buds ready, it's time for some No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Bars!

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup Honeyville Powdered Peanut Butter + 4 Tbsp Water
2/3 cup Agave Nectar
1/2 cup Organic Coconut Oil
2 cups Honeyville 6 Grain Rolled Cereal Mix
1 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips
3/4 cup Honeyville Freeze Dried Raspberries

Directions:
First, re-hydrate your peanut butter.


In a large mixing bowl, combine powdered peanut butter and water and mix until it is completely combined.


In a large saucepan, add peanut butter, coconut oil, and agave.


Heat at a low heat until ingredients are completely melted, then remove from heat.


Add 6 grain mix and chocolate chips, then mix until chocolate chips are completely melted.


Add raspberries, and stir until ingredients are completely combined.


Line a brownie pan with parchment paper.


Pour ingredients into pan and place in refrigerator for 1 hour to set up.


Once set, remove from refrigerator, lift bars out of pan with parchment paper, and cut into 9 bars.

Remove and serve.
