Apple Cheddar Egg Muffins




Breakfast is the most important meal of the day" but do we really take that seriously? For many of us, breakfast has gone from the most important meal of the day to the quickest meals of the day, or even the most missed meal of the day.

Ladies and gentlemen, this can't be so! In this world of rushing out the door each morning for work, school, or other activities, we need to take back this valued meal. We need to bring back breakfast, and I have just the dish to do it!

Made with our amazing and extremely easy to use Ova Easy Egg Crystals, and with some help from our Freeze Dried Cheddar Cheese and Freeze Dried Apples, I've created a dish that is simple to make, easy to eat on the go, and absolutely delicious! Trust us, this is the dish that will bring breakfast back for you! Grab your cupcake pan, it's time to bake up some Apple Cheddar Egg Muffins!

Ingredients:
1 cup Alta Artisan Flour
1/2 tsp Himalayan Salt
4 Tbsp  Ova Easy Egg Crystals + 6 Tbsp Water (or 2 Eggs)
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup  Freeze Dried Apples
1/4 cup Freeze Dried Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In large bowl, whisk together flour and salt.

In a medium bowl, whisk together egg crystals and water.

Add milk and flour mixture to egg mixture and whisk together until smooth.

Pour evenly into your greased USA Pan Muffin Pan.

Next, add a little bit of freeze dried cheese to each muffin cup.

Then add re-hydrated apples to each cup.

Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Muffins will puff up quite a bit, then deflate just a little bit when removed from heat. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing carefully and serving.
