Today, we thought we'd submit a new one for your dining pleasure! Made with our Fine White Rice Flour, these cookies are not only tasty, but completely gluten-free! Now how can you pass that up? Get ready, it's time to bake up some Gluten-Free Double Chocolate Cookies.
Instructions:
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup Sugar
1 1/2 cup Honeyville Fine Rice Flour
1/2 cup Organic Cacao Powder (or Baker's Cocoa)
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a microwave bowl, melt 1/2 cup of your dark chocolate chips. Once melted, combine in a large bowl with eggs, olive oil, vanilla, and sugar, and whisk together until completely incorporated.
Add flour, cacao powder, baking soda, and remaining dark chocolate chips, and mix until a thick batter forms.
Roll batter into small balls and place on your USA Pan Baking Sheet, lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Remove and let cool on a wire rack.
